Join Michael Van de Elzen (Ex Molten / TVNZ Food Truck) at Hallertau Brewery for a 6 course, beer and wine matched degustation meal.
Beer mad boutique brewer Steve Plowman will select the brews from his own Hallertau range. He’ll be going head to head with local winemaker Corey Hall whose selection will be drawn from his Harwood Hall & Gem Wine labels.
Diners get to vote on which beverage matches best with each course. Corey Hall is the defending champion from their 2010 encounter. Competition will be fierce and fun.
This promises to be a fun gastronomic experience with the very best in NZ food, wine and craft beer. Who will measure up best? You decide.
