Discover how to make delicious and authentic Mexican cuisine with experienced chef, Anna Sephton. You will learn how to make soft corn tortillas, guacamole, fresh and flavoursome salsas, spicy pulled beef, and Coloradito - a wonderfully spicy sauce made with tomatoes and chocolate!
You will also learn about the essential ingredients used to create traditional Mexican dishes and where you can get them from.
Chef, Anna Sefton, will show you 2 or 3 recipes each evening: excellent value for the ingredients fee. Anna is extremely well organised and cooks delicious food. You won't be disappointed.
Two x 2 hour Tuesday sessions starting 8 Aug 2012, 6:45 - 8:45 PM.
Bring $24 to tutor on first night to cover ingredients for both sessions.
