The Life Education Trust is giving enthusiasts the opportunity to visit nine ‘blokes’ in their sheds between 9am and 3.30. In some cases these ‘man caves’ have never been open to the public before. Here is an opportunity to view vintage cars, classic cars, race cars, vintage farm equipment and tractors, plus old tools and memorabilia.
Lunch will be available for purchase at a prominent ex-racing car drivers’ home.
Time: All Day from 9am
Venue: Thames and Hauraki district
Location: Meet at Rhodes Park at 9am for maps and instructions
Ticketing: Arkwrights in Paeroa, National Bank Thames, Thames information centre
