Instead of the usual chocolates, perfume, slippers or flowers this Mother’s Day, indulge in a really luxurious shared treat: a Pure Cruise family outing onboard the sleek and stable 53ft catamaran Tiua. Along with fellow voyagers, you’ll slip smoothly from Tiua’s Okawa Bay moorings at 9am and sail into the morning sun on Lake Rotoiti whilst enjoying a leisurely (optional) onboard cooked or Continental breakfast. And because Tiua’s has a licensed bar onboard, there’s even option to make it a champagne breakfast.
Remember to bring swimsuits and towels because there’s also a chance to enjoy a blissful, relaxing hot soak in the lake-edge Manupirua hot thermal pools before soaking in the scenery of this beautiful lake, just 20km north of the city.
Pure Cruise’s family package rate includes two adults and two children. Additional adults $110 and children $70. Upgrade to include breakfast for an additional $25 pp for the cooked option or $15.50 pp for the Continental option.
