This year's programme is inspired by our Taumata's vision for the Museum: Whakamana, nga taonga tuku iho, hei whakataki i nga ra ki muri. Honouring the past, embracing the present, guiding our future.

Throughout Matariki join our special guests for Waiata Tawhito (ancient songs), Korero Paki (storytelling), Nga taonga o Hineraukatauri (acoustic sessions) and Korero Tairitenga (poetry) in our Maori galleries.
