The 2012 Kapiti Expo showcases the Kapiti District.
Our emergency and social services will be there with a chance for the kids to climb into a fire truck or ambulance, see the dog show, and learn about civil defence as well as food, craft and live entertainment for all the family.
The trams will be running and there will be bouncy castles, a merry-go-round, horse rides, children's activities and music.
It is the perfect opportunity to explore Queen Elizabeth Park and all the facilities available and have a great day out.
This event is totally community-focused with emphasis on enabling our services to communicate with the public and for the public to find out what help is available for them.
