Nelson’s talented young artists.
This annual concert showcases the talented Nelson School of Music students who have achieved the highest performance standards on the range of instruments taught at the School. Hear them perform contemporary and classical pieces on wind, brass and strings, and on the magnificent Sturgeon Steinway and will include performances from the School’s drama students.
The outstanding Schola Musica Youth Orchestra, directed by Margaret Jackson, will be performing an arrangement of Vivaldi’s Four Seasons, and an arrangement of a Brahms’ Hungarian Dance & a selection of Spanish dances from Granados.
