Light'n Up - Illuminated Costume Extravaganza

West Coast Gallery presents a blazing winter warmup - 'Light'n Up' - a night of wild dancing, lunacy and light - featuring performances from Soul Samba Circus and The Skitz a.k.a. The Managers, as well as tunes to get you moving from DJ Shepherd a.k.a. Pied Piper. Mind-blowing light installations will transform Barnett Hall into an arena for Matariki madness - with stiltwalkers, fire dancers, light performances & wild and wonderful entertainers weaving through the crowd.

Homemade light inspired costumes are essential for entry and to truly usher in a bright new year – the crazier the better, with fantastic prizes for the most stunning, original, handcrafted costumes. Think: things that flash, shine, light up and reflect, also things that glow or amplify under ultra violet lights. Judging at 10pm sharp.

A cash bar will run on the night, with a selection of alcoholic beverages, delicious snacks and hot drinks. The event is R18+ with a limited capacity so be quick to grab your tickets and avoid disappointment.
