Ladies Weekend

This course is for adult women who are ready for a challenge and an adrenalin rush. You don’t need to be actively involved on sports or the outdoors, but it does help if you have a moderate level of fitness, a positive attitude and a willingness to have a go.

You will be introduced to a variety of outdoor activities. These could include kayaking, tramping, caving, rock-climbing, abseiling, high ropes, orienteering and canoeing; far too many options to fit into the programme! The actual activities will be dependent on the weather and the groups’ abilities.

After a full day of action and excitement, the evenings are a time to relax in one of OPC’s fully catered facilities, with all the good comforts - including good company. All activities are facilitated by instructors with extensive training and experience, and ensure the weekend fills participants with confidence and vitality.
