In its 29th year, this ionic Kapiti event began in November 1983 to encourage women and girls to get out and have a go, focusing on fitness and health. We consider every entrant getting to the start line a winner. Variety of events including half & full distance tri & Duathlon & team events. New event for 2012 - Fun Run 4km - "have a go" event.
