Kaikoura Roots Festival returns after a five year absence, to showcase the best in roots music. The new site has beautiful panoramic views of the Kaikoura ranges, retaining the close proximity to the beach, with lush sprawling paddocks to laze on.
The 2012 line-up includes Salmonella Dub, Cornerstone Roots, DJ Digital, Kora, Sunshine Sound System, Ahoribuzz, Budspells and many more amazing artists.
There will be 24 hours of live music from the main stage beginning at 12:30pm finishing at 5pm on Sunday 15th. The festival has a licensed bar and cocktail bar plus affordably scrumptious food stalls including seafood, vegetarian and ethnic food.
