Many of you will have seen Jax Hamilton on MasterChef. Now meet this dynamic woman in person. She’s a vivid story-teller as well as a colourful cook - she’ll take you on a personal & a culinary journey from the Jamaican influences of her East London upbringing, via the Mediterranean & South East Asia, to the Kiwi heartland of Timaru! Jax will be accompanied by her partner Heidi.
