Girls hip hop and jazz fusion is affectionately called "Lil Women". It is a fusion of feminine hip hop, modern jazz, costuming and character.
Lil Women is especially designed for the girlie girl who loves to dance and wear costumes. It is s a fun and social dance class designed for little girls.
Students will learn fun and engaging dances whilst we add a twist of feminine movement, dance skill, costuming, props and some technique.
Lil Women is split into two different focuses - recreational learning for fun and performance learning for those who want a little more challenge and focus.
Teacher, Claire Baxter, is a leading commercial choreographer and dance teacher. She is owner and director of a performance based dance studio and entertainment company based within the Candy Lane Dance Studios in Mt Eden.
Claire has a real focus on people and the community. Her dance classes are inclusive, friendly and family orientated.
