As part of BikeWise Month, Parafed BOP have organised a handcycling workshop for anyone interesting in handcycling. Whether you are looking at just getting started, need advice on buying a bike or if your a seasoned professional looking to learn more about events or looking after your bike this workshop will cater for everyone.

The workshop will be run by New Zealand Paralympic Champion Handcyclist Shayne Collins, and is completely free of charge!
