Celebrate Unveiled with a night of music, gorgeous frocks, and fabulousness.

Designer Jane Yeh showcases her wedding gowns with guest models Miss Universe New Zealand 2008 and 2011.

Newtown Gothic couture label Black Wedding prowls the catwalk, and there’s live entertainment with Felicity Frockaccino and Maximal Minimalism.

Jane Yeh
Jane Yeh is a New Zealand designer with vast experience and success designing bridal wear both here and overseas. Her signature designs are stylish, romantic, and elegant. Yeh was one of three New Zealand designers chosen to create a wedding gown for Unveiled.

Black Wedding
Black Wedding is designer Charmagne Anthony. Delving into the alternative and the extreme, Anthony makes ‘disturbing and beautiful’ garments. She is based at ReinKarnate in Newtown.

Felicity Frockaccino
Wellington-based drag diva Felicity Frockaccino has been performing around New Zealand for the past 6 years.

Maximal Minimalism
Maximal Minimalism is an electric guitar orchestra inspired by the New York ‘No Wave’ composers Rhys Chatham and Glenn Branca. Maximal Minimalism features members of Wellington bands The Vorn Band, Cliché Guevara, and Gold Medal Famous. This performance at Te Papa is the group’s fourth outing.
