Garden Party

Bring a group of friends, a cushion or two, and relax to the sounds of Blackberry Jam whilst enjoying a picnic lunch of spit roast meat, salad and other goodies, including a free glass of Pohangina Valley Estate wines. Held in the private house gardens overlooking the pond, and with a spectacular view of the Ruahine Range.

Blackberry Jam is a Gypsy jazz trio, who play and sing a variety of up-beat genre, from tango and Gypsy to hot club of France; from blues to swing, with some jazzed-up classical items thrown in for good measure. Stephan Schulz plays violin and woodwind instruments, Stephen Judd plays classical/Gypsy/accoustic guitars, and Eddy Tryselaar plays six string electric bass.

Cash bar available serving wine. Tea and coffee available.

A bus to transport guests to and from the event will be available from Palmerston North and Feilding.
