Every Friday we sample a different wine from around the world - exquisite beauties with wildly differing personalities from the four corners of the Earth...each wine is expertly matched with a stunning creation by the insanely gifted chef Eugene Sobolowski from Ribier Restaurant.

Here are a few of the most recent pairings we have offered:
- Goats cheese tortellini in cream sauce with Lone Goat Chardonnay 2008;
- Smoked venison and creamy potatoes with Stag's Leap Artemis Cabernet Sauvignon 2008.
