The Reduce Me Bootcamp is an efficient and economical way to gain personal training input to support your weight-loss goals.

This is a 3 week (6 session) short, sharp introduction to weight-loss bootcamp and the Fit.onez Reduce Me Program for weight-loss.

Your trainer motivates you while encouraging focus within the Group Fitness Bootcamp and your trainer assists you to stay "on-board" during your full nutritional meal plan.

Both the exercise and nutrition aspects focus on the ultimate goal of you losing weight and these 2 factors need to work hand in hand for success.

Every Tuesday and Thursday 7am:

February intake = Feb 14th, 16th, 20th, 23rd, 28th, Mar 1st.
(Please note: if you choose to do this intake you must start the meal plan on Mon 13th Feb).

March intake = Mar 20th, 22nd, 27th, 29th April 3rd, 5th.
(Please note: if you choose to do this intake you must start your meal plan on Mon 19th Mar)
