FIS Snowboard Halfpipe World Cup

Top international riders will descend upon Cardrona Alpine Resort this winter for a pinnacle event on the international snow sports competition circuit, the FIS Snowboard Halfpipe World Cup from 25-26 August 2012.

With the Winter Olympics less than two years away, the World Cup event will act as the first qualifying event in the world for athletes and will attract a strong field of elites as they start their journey to Sochi 2014.

Watch the riders in action as they take on Cardona’s 22-foot superpipe. Crowds are guaranteed to be entertained by the creative mix of tricks, flips, back-to-back rotations and big air grabs.
