Art therapy is the therapeutic use of art-making for healing and enhancing life. Art therapy is not about beautiful art.
The aim of this exhibition is to further raise awareness in the community of the struggle that people face in freeing themselves from the impact of experiencing domestic violence and sexual abuse, and to increase the awareness of arts therapy in the community.
Come and meet Random Chaos and learn something about art therapy. Saturday 18 August 11am.
