An award-winning documentary on the life and work of one of New Zealand's most renowned modern artists, Colin McCahon.

Director Paul Swadel interviews a range of art commentators, friends and family members to tell McCahon's story, including a rare audio interview with the painter, and the voice of Sam Neill reading from the artist's letters.
