All 8 courses of your degustation meal have been designed to highlight fresh, seasonal and local Hawke’s Bay products prepared to chef Cathie Hamilton's own recipes. The dishes have been designed to pair seamlessly with an array of highly acclaimed iconic Hawke’s Bay wines and to showcase the fine foods produced in Hawke’s Bay.

Selected by your sommelier for the evening, Hawke’s Bay wine specialist, Geoff Wilson, the wines will represent a selection of the region’s signature wine styles and range across a number of vintages going back to 1998.
Many of these wines are no longer commercially available and represent some of the finest examples of their type to come from Hawke’s Bay.

There will be the opportunity to actively participate, with Cathie and Geoff, in the preparation of each course or you can simply sit back, relax and let the professionals do all the work.
