F.A.W.C! - Pasta e Basta (all about the Pasta)

Soak up a “Taste of Italy” bought to you by Milk and Honey Executive Chef Paolo Pancotti and Jan Patulski, owner of Vetro Fine Mediterranean foods. Paolo will take you through a menu of pure pasta, showcasing it in its various and wonderful forms. From fresh pasta, dry pasta, filled pasta and baked pasta, the menu will delight the tastebuds and fascinate the mind. Learn why different pastas are used in different dishes as Paolo explains each course.
All the dishes will feature classic recipes passed down through generations of Italian families using fresh Hawke’s Bay produce and ingredients from Vetro. A special wine list will also be presented and feature wines from Italy and Hawke’s Bay. Ciao Bella.
