Be first in line to experience the 2010 AD The Aviator.
On arrival, enjoy a glass of the gorgeous 2012 Pilot Rose. Then join our winemaker Kate Galloway for an informal yet informative look at the newly released AD The Aviator 2010 along with a selection of our library stock from previous vintages, back to 1999.
After the tasting, relax with a cheese platter and a glass of your choice, enjoying the surroundings and wonderful view in the heart of the Bridge Pa Triangle Wine District.
The Aviator is our flagship (Cabernet dominant) Bordeaux varietal blend and this tutored tasting will give you an opportunity to experience the aging potential of these classic Hawke’s Bay blends.
Call me a cab! – Aviator Vertical is part of F.A.W.C! Food and Wine Classic. F.A.W.C! is a series of “out of the box” unique food and wine experiences set in stunning locations in Hawke’s Bay.
