F.A.W.C! - Blend, Beach and Banquet: CANCELLED

Get ‘hands on' at Clearview Estate Winery to create and market your very own wine. You’ll be divided into teams with winemakers Tim Turvey & Barry Riwai along with the winery’s super-duper marketing and sales team. Each guest will take on a winery related role and job title. Your team challenge is to blend your own wine, identify a target market, create a brief marketing strategy and design your own label. There will be a winner so bring your game face. Teams will be judged on the best blend and best sales & marketing ideas.

At the conclusion of the workshop you will be taken to a beautiful mystery beach location to watch the sun go down over Hawke’s Bay whilst enjoying a specially prepared scrumptious Clam Bake Entree. You’ll travel back to Clearview where you will sit down to a candlelit Mediterranean inspired dinner set at long tables amongst the olive groves and vines.

Blend, Beach and Banquet is part of F.A.W.C! Food and Wine Classic. F.A.W.C! is a series of “out of the box” unique food and wine experiences set in stunning locations in Hawke’s Bay.
