Spend a luxurious evening celebrating Spring in Hawke’s Bay. Enjoy the views and comfort of the architecturally designed home of Bill and Johanna Mouat while dining on food created by David Griffiths chef of Mister D (ex Vinnies and Huka Lodge) perfectly matched with the best of the award winning wines from Trinity Hill. John Hancock will be there to pour your wines and regale you with Hawke’s Bay wine stories. Dinner will be a six course degustation showcasing fresh spring fare from Hawke’s Bay. The wines will include the not yet released Trinity Hill 2010 Homage. Every guest will also take home a gift from Trinity Hill and Mister D.
