Don’t panic. No one is going to put you on the spot and we’ll have some Superstar Syrah makers on hand to guide your palate in the right direction. Anyway, you can’t go wrong. If you get them mostly right you’re a Wine God. If you get them mostly wrong you know you like the cheap stuff best.
