Celebrate Volunteer Awareness Week by meeting some of the inspirational and enthusiastic Museum volunteers. Hear about their motivations for volunteering and the fascinating projects they are involved in. The 250 volunteers at Auckland War Memorial Museum are a hugely valued part of the organisation. They contribute nearly 25,000 hours a year and their roles range from volunteering in collections to acting as museum guides.

Expert sessions are suitable for people 7 years and older.
