Engaging with yourself is the only way to engage with life and ensure success. Disengagement costs people money, it costs them happiness, it costs energy, and sometimes even their lives. By understanding what is to be a human being we can work out how to live our lives to the fullest. Engaging with everything we do.

Run by highly experienced and well respected Psychologist and Integrative Therapist Amberley Meredith, this workshop is founded on 15 years of psychological research and active clinical work. It incorporates the latest scientific evidence-based theories, including, (but not limited to) Neuroplasticity, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Mindfulness practices.

This workshop is designed to get to the core of productivity and disengagement problems in the workplace by enabling people to develop and adopt the appropriate skills and strategies to cope with anything that life may throw at them.
