The one day training will give you all the tools you need to perform EFT effectively. You will be taught how & why this works with the science to back it up, with techniques on how to treat fears, phobias and pain. Importantly, you will also find out why EFT does not work at times, and how to deal with that, along with the opportunity to practice in a safe environment.
