You are what you eat. So if you eat well, you will live well and work well, and we can help you do it. Obesity is a huge global problem (pun intended!) and is costing people their relationships, their health and costing employers thousands of dollars.

Run by highly experienced and well respected Psychologist and Integrative Therapist Amberley Meredith, this workshop is founded on 15 years of psychological research and active clinical work. It incorporates the latest scientific evidence-based theories, including (but not limited to) Neuroplasticity, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Mindfulness practices.

We are going to help you pick your way through the maze of what’s good for you, develop healthy eating habits and improve your health and wellbeing now and in the future.

Course content:
Why we need to eat & what we need to eat
What food harms you & the costs of eating badly
Understanding what is organic food & why it’s good for you & the planet
How to read food labels
Creating healthy eating habits & managing menus that facilitate healthy living

Combination of direct teaching, group participation, individual and small group exercises and self-directed learning.
