Learn to draw portraits and figures in proportion with chiaroscuro, light and shade. This class will suit those who have some drawing ability and wish to learn how to draw portraits & figure accurately with convincing shading. We will draw from live (clothed) models. Course content includes: portrait & figure proportions, sighting & lighting, shadow shapes, use of the following techniques: graphite tone, ink and brush, charcoal.
