Send your young people (aimed at 12 to 16 year olds) to learn by doing with Wendy Adams (http://www.cultured.co.nz), cheese enthusiast extraordinaire. Wendy will share the fundamentals of sanitation and cheesemaking, while your children get their hands deep in curds, making their own cheese to take home, nurture and share. A fun and practical Sunday activity, leaving caregivers to check out what's happening in Petone, or enjoy a relaxed brunch at The Empire. Your young people will have plenty to do! Includes lunch, notes and New Zealand artisan cheese tasting session.
