Dictaphone Blues - Beneath The Crystal Palace Album Tour

On the 9th day of April, 2012, Auckland powerpop, psych trio Dictaphone Blues unleash to the world a new offering, ‘Beneath The Crystal Palace’. Their second album and the follow up to their stunning debut ‘On The Down And In’. A psychedelic pop dreamscape with tales of friendship, heartache, technological Armageddon and inner peace. To launch this new offering in fine style the band will be taking to the roads of NZ and coming to a venue near you!

The band will be joined on this tour by keyboard/noise whizz Matthias Jordan. Founding member of Pluto and Night Choir he has been a long time bestie of the band and with the new material crying out for some synth loving he was the first port of call. Although the band has been playing songs from the new album over summer, they have saved a hefty chunk to serve up to you on this tour. They are also very happy to be sharing the stage with some of the country's finest.
