What's up, peoples! We're super pumped to announce Opiuo is touring a brand new full live show throughout Australasia. Featuring live drums, saxophone, trumpet, keys, synths, guitar and samplers, all played + morphed live by a few, extremely talented, carefully selected musicians, even venturing from as far as the mighty USA. Prepare to be shaken, moved, and funked up by this one off, live tour experience!

Opiuo has always spent time making music to play live, and this tour is exactly that. His newest EP series shows the passion to include organic live instrument texture with the power of electronic manipulations. Butternut Slap is a 3 part series of EPs to be released through 2012, from March to August on the always awesome Addictech Records. Keep checking opiuo.com for free promo tunes and more details!

Featured at some stops on the tour is the much anticipated album launch of Sunmonx. Consisting of Opiuo + Albino, Sunmonx is a hybrid dub, funk, rocking fusion of all things beautiful performed live for your enjoyment. Their debut album "Power Salad" is coming out 13th March on Canada's highly respected Interchill Records.
