The Ancestors - Uncovering Ancestral Patterns

Join Leila for an exploration into deep ancestral work.

This is an experiential workshop, working within sacred circle and incorporating shamanic journeying. It involves connecting with your spiritual ancestors. Realising we are part of a sacred continuum, working with this to discover your essential self. Examining ethnic roots, power places and pilgrimages.

We will examine our ancestral lines, seeing what we have inherited and how this impacts our daily life. Identifying gifts and positive character traits and learning to shift our limiting beliefs about the future at a fundamental level. Re-establishing our connection to the past, embracing what strengthens us and releasing negative ancestral patterns.

Friday night is an open circle evening introduction. Saturday is a closed circle. Both are included in the ticket price.
