We are fortunate to have in person the very colourful and engaging Chester Osborn along to introduce his family's wines to us. From a very early age Chester was focused on continuing his family's legacy. d'Arenberg has amassed a raft of awards and accolades such as being named in Robert Parker's Top 40 World Wine Personalities in 2005 to more recently receiving yet again, a 5 star winery rating and being listed as one of the Best Wineries of McLaren Vale in James Halliday's 2013 edition of The Australian Wine Companion. We will taste; The Stump Jump 2009, High Trellis Cabernet Sauvignon 2009, Footbolt Shiraz 2009, d'Arrys Shiraz Grenache 2009, Laughing Magpie Shiraz Viognier 2009, Dead Arm Shiraz 2008 and finally Noble Botrytinia Fuckeliana 2011 (yep, that's really its name).
