All collections are about accrual over time, where each work added builds towards a critical mass. Similarly, the works in this show have been created from a process of accumulation, in which everyday materials and images are combined for transformative effect.
Critical Mass showcases works from The Dowse collection. It features works by New Zealand artists et al, Simon Denny, Don Driver, Mikala Dwyer, Richard Killeen, Jae Hoon Lee, Lauren Lysaght and Rohan Wealleans.
