Where do ideas come from?
What is the WOW factor?
How do I plan for a launch event in three weeks time?
We are celebrating our 50th anniversary next year and I don’t know where to start.

If you have ever struggled to determine a theme or come up with a creative solution for your event, or if you just did not know where to start in the planning process, then this course is for you!

Creativity and Project Management for Events is the first of the three essential courses you can take at PRINZ this year that focuses on event management. The first one day programme will inspire you with how to generate creative ideas then execute them with the planning tools you need to accomplish your event goal.

Key content:
- Where do ideas come from and how do you harness the creativity to make your event flawless?
- Project management: your event plan will include a critical path of significant action items, your budget, your run sheet and essential checklists. But how do you plan and what is included in your critical path?

Learning outcomes:
- Generate ideas on a budget as well as create unique environments.
- Produce the critical path that will allow you to have a well run event.

Who should attend?

Anyone that needs inspiration and an understanding of event planning. If you have managed an event or two and need positive reinforcement or if you are new to the event industry – this training is for you!
