The Contact Tri Series is a seven race series across New Zealand which provides distances for beginners right through to elites to take part in a triathlon. Heading into its 7th season, the Series attracted over 3,900 participants in 2012 with ages ranging from 6 through to 80! Our opening race of the season is set on the most scenic course of all. Swim in the crystal clear and cool water of the Blue Lake, bike high above Rotorua on a twisting course and run through the forest on an undulating pine needle track around the Blue Lake. This year we team up with the Rotorua Half to create a festival day of triathlon for all the family!
