This three week course is designed to help us to relate to others in a positive and caring way, to improve our relationships with others and unlocking our potential to experience inner peace and lasting happiness.
Everyone is welcome to attend these classes regardless of previous experience of meditation or Buddhism. Each week, a new method will be clearly explained. Start any week. There is no need to book or bring anything. Each class includes guided meditations, teaching and discussion, followed by refreshments. These classes are presented by Buddhist nun, monk or teacher.
There will be copies of Meditations CD available to purchase, so you can then continue your personal practice of the meditations at home. The CD comes with a 16 page booklet of background information and guidance.
