Chutneys, relishes, biscuits and truffles make wonderful Xmas presents, and something homemade is more personal than something bought. Anna Sephton, experienced chef, will give your some great ideas for what you can put under your tree at Christmas time.
Add $15 to course fee for ingredients. Bring electric hand beater or cake mixer, and two to three containers to take home leftovers.
