2 hours of Yoga-based fun for children, suitable for ages 7-10yrs.
Yoga, adapted for children, develops body awareness, language, listening skills, cooperation, coordination, creativity, confidence, relaxation and inspires imaginations.
Both facilitators are mothers, and share a combined 70+ years experience of yoga, meditation, parenting, art & fun!
