Learn to make mozzarella cheese using a cheese kit. We will then make pizza dough from the whey created making the cheese. Then we will make pizzas using the freshly make mozzarella cheese.

At the end of the class you will sit down and enjoy your pizza with a glass of wine. The cost of the class includes a basic cheese making class so you can make your own cheese at home after you leave.

A great fun-filled evening.
