The Auckland Welsh Choir annual St David's day concert returns to Takapuna after its successful programme at St Joseph's Catholic church last year. In contrast to its successful Mendelssohn series with the Devonport Chamber Orchestra in November, the choir returns to its Welsh roots for its annual tribute to the patron saint David (Dewi).

The programme will include a range of Welsh and Celtic music performed by choir, chamber choir and soloists. and draw from the choir's extensive repertoire of lyrical music from Wales, Scotland Ireland and around the world.
