When we sing or chant we not only express our true selves, but we also "call" - to our higher selves, or whatever is of value to us. And we hear that call come back as we learn to listen, to sounds, other's voices and silence. In this course you will build on your singing skills, developing vocal technique and easy breathing; learning mantras from the Buddhist tradition, and calling songs drawn from world music.
