The California Youth Symphony is undoubtedly one of the finest youth orchestras in the world. They have been touring internationally for 20 years and New Zealand is the destination for 2012!
Be delighted and inspired by this one hundred piece Symphony when they tour New Zealand in June-July this year. Maestro Leo Eylar is the spirited conductor at the helm and when he takes the podium in June it will be nothing short of spectacular! Come along and enjoy the talent and energy that is the California Youth Symphony.
In Christchurch they have joined forces with the Christchurch Youth Orchestra. This concert requires a gold coin donation for admission. The CYS are proudly raising much needed funds in aid of the Christchurch Earthquake. The money will go towards the Christchurch School of Music Support Trust in aid of the Arts in Christchurch.
