Turn chocolate, banana or carrot cakes into stunning novelty cakes that will 'wow' at parties and occasions. You will learn how to pattern and cut correctly, prepare and ice a cake, make chocolate moulded roses, leaves and figures, prepare boards all of which will help you gain a more professional result.
After this course, you will have the skills to create and ice whatever shaped cake you like!
