You will learn all basic skills in piping and icing techniques using a Christmas theme. Learn to cook level and cover five small cakes with fondant icing and then decorate. Use different techniques taught to turn each cake into a 'masterpiece'. Make icing bags, cake boards, roses & leaves; learn flood work, embroidery, extensions and fondant frills. These mini cakes will make perfect gifts for friends or family.
