Thinking of a barista job or buying your own coffee business? Then this is the course you need! The first thing a potential employer will ask you to do is make them a coffee - if you don't do it well, you probably won't get the job!
This course will give you complete insight into coffee history, heritage and the effects on flavour due to processing, blending and roasting. You will learn and use all functions of the espresso machine, machine maintenance, you will cup coffee to taste different blends and roasts and you will learn the professional preparation and presentation of all espresso beverages on a coffee menu.
This course contains at least six hours of practical hands-on-time, a full course booklet is provided, all course materials are included and on course completion you will receive a certificate of attendance.
